Who has tried nude modelling?

I've done a fair bit for professional photographer friends' personal projects, collaborations, and some flyer work. Personally prefer to keep it 'page 3' (nothing graphic).
Depending on the photographer and what you're looking to get out of it, it can be empowering, fun, and creative. However you can spend a lot of time holding uncomfortable poses, waiting around while they sort out the lighting, feeling a bit ridiculous doing what feels like over-the-top expressions (although they turn out well on film!).
In my experience it's important to have a good bond with the photographer, talk through the shoot in advance (what you're aiming to achieve, style, mood etc - can share picture ideas/pinterest so you're on the same page), and be sure it's someone you're comfortable with. I'd like to see a portfolio of work and, depending on the type of shoot, verification from other models.
But it really should be a fun experience - and you get some great memories of it of course! |

Niki did a shoot last year for a photographer we've known professionally for years. He finally came up with an offer she couldn't refuse!
I didn't mind - I was there (Niki's choice), it was bloody hard work - for those two

I've done nude modelling for different art groups, it was actually quite liberating and being on the bigger side the artists liked it because it gave them more of a challenge. The drawings of me were actually really good, I would say do it if you get the chance it's cert3an experience and given the opportunity I would do it again

I once did it for professionally for a well known charity. Other than that just messing with friends who practiced on me. Dying for some updated pics but got a downer on my body at the moment so will have to wait xx |

I've done a 'makeover/glamour' type photo shoot for a photography studio. The pics were gorgeous. A few are on my profile actually. And I was desperate to take my clothes off. Lol.
The photographer kept handing me a robe between shots but I just strutted around naked but for a pair of heels! BDCAW |

I did once for a photographer. I'd probably do it again given the chance. I enjoy photography so it gave an insight into what it's like on the other end of the camera. |

lily regulaly poses for both nude life drawing classes as well as full nude for photographers and has done for last ten years .k has been shooting nudes as a photographer for the same amount of time with both proffesional and amature models .nothing better than getting that pose and image spot on |

I posed a lot for an art student a few years ago, drawing, painting but mainly sculpture. We became very close, don't think I would enjoy posing for a group in the same way |

I do it regularly. Used to do mainly art groups but they're usually pretty boring and the long poses, which can be an hour or more, do get really painful.
Now I do just hen parties which are much more fun, especially when the ladies get hands on. Very occasionally - ie when I get the chance - I am a naked waiter. |

Val used to regularly pose for life drawing classes in Market Narborough, she said holding a pose for twenty or thirty minutes at a time was seriously hard work, she even did some private modelling for one if the artists in the class which turned out to be fun. |
