"What do you need to know?"
Would a 144hz 1440p monitor with Freesync still work well with a Nvidia GPU?
Also are there any electronic stores that let you test out mechanical keyboard switches? |

"What nvidia gpu isit"
Technically model shouldn't matter as I'm asking about brand compatibility.
But it will be either RTX 2060 super or 2070 super. |

Just so you know its just a plain gimmick with all these screens.
The most important thing with lcds is refresh rate and its milliseconds.
Hence the reason for screen stutter or change of light on fast moving pictures displayed. |

144hz is the refresh rate, and they come with 1ms response time usually, so no it's not a gimmick.
A gimmick would be something like a 50x hybrid zoom on a smartphone. |

gsynch and the others lower your refresh rate response times |

I don't think you understand how gsync works. It doesn't lower it, it matches your FPS to prevent screen tearing. So no, it won't lower your refresh rate as long as your frame output is equivalent or higher than your monitors refresh rate. |
