I had a muscle spasm in my back on Saturday. Reaching for cake, no less.
Still managed to work through the pain to give the Mrs one last one before she goes on a business trip for nearly three weeks.

I'd suggest a hot water bottle in the curve of the back, ibuprofen tablets, a shot of prune juice to offset the side effect, and a quick download of Grindr and Chappy on your phone.
