It depends what the cause of the pain is, you really should see a medical expert to determine this before doing anything other than pain relief.
When I pulled a muscle earlier in the year a friend recommended Biofreeze spray - that alongside ibuprofen worked well for pain relief, but I paid for some sports massages to sort the underlying problem out. |

It needs assessing medically, and none of us can do that through the medium of fab.
It could just be bruising and will gradually fade or it could be a lot more serious. Only a doctor will be able to point you in the right direction.
When I did mine I needed a chiropractor, cost me £75 a session, but I went from not being able to reach to put my socks on (so glad no one filmed my efforts at that, it wasn't graceful) to being normal in about 4 sessions.
Sounds a lot of money, but you only get one back, and if you knacker it then lost earnings are an awful lot more! |

"What's the best cure other than ibuprofen tablets or docs appointment?"
I have had spinal stenosis for three years+
I can’t walk more than 2/300 yards without being in extreme pain.
Treatment? Have to go private as nothing nhs can offer would cure it apparently |

I suffered from a bad back mainly due to work. I'm a nurse so bad back is hard to avoid. I ended up going to a chiropractor went from not being able to do certain things to being able to pretty much anything. I also started going to the gym to strengthen my back and lose weight which has pretty much cleared my back problems |
