Used to be a Keeper myself.

I'd choose Neuer.

But neither hold a candle to Daniel Bentley

Depends on the situation, right now for one game/cup run Neuer, but Ter Stegen is 6 years younger so if we are talking about transfers Ter Stegen would be first choice
