The South Near That London

Plugging a guitar in, turning the dial to 11 (Spinal Tap amp ) and just playing some blues rock based tune while singing (badly!)

Walking in nature. I’m lucky, we have beautiful nature reserves, forestry walks, shitloads of beaches etc on our doorstep. A good walk where you get breathless and can stop and take in the view, it makes you feel pretty small and insignificant in the grand scheme of things. I love it.

Aww thank you! I’m battling with it a bit at the moment and it is getting me down, but hopefully I’ll find a combination of inhalers that work soon.

It's not really where I am or what I'm doing, it's the people I'm fort enough to spend time with that does it for me. If I'm with people I like, be it family or friends chatting and laughing then I feel both blessed and very much alive. It's the simple things that are most special.

Playing with him or just sitting and shooting the shit or watching sports and making each other laugh. At the moment watching my beloved Ravens play makes me feel so alive it's like I'm crackling with it.
