I make quesadillas with tinned mixed beans in tomato sauce, tinned sweetcorn, chopped peppers and taco seasoning. I then put a tortilla in a frying pan and cover it with cheese, put the fillinv over half and fold the tortilla over. I serve them with salsa and soured cream. Nice cheap meal I created when I was at uni.

Another one for chilli con carne.

I work outdoors as some know and as well as being a physical job, you're sometimes stuck miles from anywhere, shops, cafes etc? So I have a camping gaz stove in the van as well as a George Foreman grill when I have a mains supply.

And whilst I like variety of course and canned food only makes up a proportion of my cooking when away, this is probably my favourite savoury stuff that comes in a tin!
