Your favourite Christmas present

I’m sure I posted this thread last year (or maybe the year before!) but what was your all time favourite Christmas present?

When I was two and my brother was one, my mum felt really shit because she was a single mum (my bio dad was abusing us all) and could only buy us a teddy each.

It was a Winnie the Pooh teddy, and I still own it. I loved it when I was wee and when I learnt its significance I loved it even more.

What’s yours?

Awwwww! So glad you still have him

Mine wasn't a christmas present but a bracelet my brother bought me out of his first weeks wages after getting his first job.

It was silver with sparkly pink stones. I still have it in my jewellery box, I showed him not so long ago and he loved I still had it

Our first grandchild is due around Christmas this year. Can't think of a better present than Nanna cuddles with her

When I was 11, mum bought me a £10 keyboard from Tandys as a stocking filler. I literally ignored everything else and spent all my time playing with this tiny keyboard and it started my life long love of making music.
