Cold feet

As some of us get older we feel the cold a bit more. I can deal with that. Just get better winter gear.

But feet. I've good socks on and leather boots worth £120 and yet my feet feel like they belong to that annoying penguin on the British Gas advert

You need to get your blood circulation working better .... I'm told sex is a good activity for improving circulation

You can buy thermal insoles for your shoes, or even luxury sheepskin shoe inserts (both pretty inexpensive on Amazon)
