well my hair is dark so have it coloured every six weeks so no roots show. Manicure, i file my nails every night when i go to bed because they are so poor doesnt really make much difference. Have my eyebrows waxed every four weeks |

did my roots this morning, just took an extra ten mins. waxing my legs later - can do that in front of the telly.
i do go and spend an hour getting my nails done, but then they last two to three weeks.
i can spend hours in the bath, topping it up and reading, but thats more a relaxation thing than a preening thing.

Nails an hour every 2 weeks
Hair about 3 hours every 3 months or so
The rest is DIY but a pedicure probably takes 30 mins once a week, epliator on my legs about 15 mins a week, defuzz mi bits as and when required.... |

get a shower every day, a shave when i can be arsed, cut my nails once a week and smooth out my ball bag when i have a meet (its a bit of a forest there at the min  ) |

Shower everyday is essential
Wax the undercarriage as and when it needs doing
Apart from eyebrows and haircuts the rest is done by myself as its cheaper though I do love having my nails done in a salon when work and money permit |

I bath every year on my birthday, 29th July, regardless of what day it falls on
I chew my finger & toe nails daily so they don't get dirty and I shave my legs, armpits, foo foo and chest if the weather gets above 30 degrees and that's wether I'm due a bath or not  |

Nails, hair, pedicure and the rest would add up to approximately 8 hours a month plus any time I spend added on. Far too much time when I come to think of it. |
