Full today, start a new job today, moved back to my home town looking for my own place and a new car, the tide has turned and things are looking up. This time last week my glass was empty and "falling" off the humber bridge was looking like a viable option

I'm largely sceptical about alternative/complementary therapies, so they tend to not have the desired effect.

It's my scepticism/cynicism that tends to get me in this state in the first place, along with my horrendously emotionally difficult job!

I didnt mean any shamanic rituals.

It sounds tough. Hope you find your balance soon.

If those meds don't won't within a couple of weeks, go back for a review, it can take time to find the right one for you sometimes
