Full today, start a new job today, moved back to my home town looking for my own place and a new car, the tide has turned and things are looking up. This time last week my glass was empty and "falling" off the humber bridge was looking like a viable option |

"Half empty and draining fast. I've rarely felt this low, hopefully the meds will kick in soon."
Look after yourself.. x
Any complementary therapies or other things you could use in a meantime? |

I'm largely sceptical about alternative/complementary therapies, so they tend to not have the desired effect.
It's my scepticism/cynicism that tends to get me in this state in the first place, along with my horrendously emotionally difficult job! |

But you sought help. Good move
Thank you"
If those meds don't won't within a couple of weeks, go back for a review, it can take time to find the right one for you sometimes |
