Jumbo oats, half milk/water. Spoon of natural hihoney, chia seeds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, desecated coconut, crushed pecans or walnuts, sultanas or mixed dried fruits, grated apple or sliced banana. Keeps me going most of the day. But I have a generous serving! |
