Stockport

Having eaten shredded wheat for months now (with the odd piece of toast on a weekend), grabbed some porridge.

I have mine with peanut butter.

So what goes on yours?

I also have peanut butter powder, but that normally goes in my Huel!

Not seen chocolate spread added yet, does this mean we are all healthy?

Hazlenuts and almond milk. I love porridge and sometimes have it for dinner.

south west , continental

Jumbo oats, half milk/water. Spoon of natural hihoney, chia seeds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, desecated coconut, crushed pecans or walnuts, sultanas or mixed dried fruits, grated apple or sliced banana. Keeps me going most of the day. But I have a generous serving!

Don’t tend to bother with actual porridge, I do blend raw oats into a powder and mix that into protein power and milk though.

It’s not bad.
