Yes but more restrictions in my office...ie I have to send my secretary out to lunch and/or post office when I need some “me” time |

There was a place I used to work where it was officially referred to a wanking-from-home. It's definitely a thing.
My problem is that I use that phrase more often than the given one so much so that I inadvertently used it in an important customer meeting....  |

I get distracted a lot on the occasions I do work at home. But it's not just over naughtiness. Any excuse will do really - make tea, vacuum, feed cats, feed birds, catch up with the news - absolutely anything except just getting on with work.

A complete change to subject , what sort of industry allows working from home? As someone whos worked in a industry that doesnt have the health of its workers as a priority ( same job for 30 years) and 50 years old ,is it too late ? Many thanks |

I work in local government. Because they are trying to reduce the amounts of buildings they use they are actively encouraging people working from home |

I get easily distracted doing all 3 of my jobs. One could provide options for play but it’s my own business and I want it to work so I stay professional. |
