So many people try to emulate (copy) the activities what they view on the screen and it often affects their performance on the vision of sex. I don't see any problem if you need to get off alone but trying to copy what you see (fake unnatural perspectives) can affect a pleasurable intimate moment. |

Yes. I've met men who were genuinely disappointed when I didn't turn up in knee high boots wielding a crop. They seem equally surprised when my bedroom doesn't look like a dungeon with walls adorned with paddles and other mean devices. |

It is a good question and what seems a problem with younger people who see porn before having any sort of relationship. Some so it seems think the sex is like porn films so act that way....in fact I have seen comments on here where women complain that some men think that way too.

I think younger people can be influenced if the only experience they've had with sex is from watching porn. Especially when they don't realise the people they're watching are putting on a performance |

From my personal experience, I think for a lot of younger men it’s given them a very unrealistic idea of how women should look and act, but also what sex should be like. So most of the younger men I’ve been with have had absolutely no idea how to please a woman and instead just go as fast and hard as they can. Whereas men around my own age, who didn’t grow up with internet porn, have much more understanding of what works, and much more interest in making sure it’s pleasurable for both. |

I don't think porn is good or bad.
The problem is, some people seem not to realise that porn is not how sex is in real life.
If watched as intended, being fully aware that it just entertainment, that's fine. |
