I haven't started the countdown just yet, I have a few other things before then I am counting down to.
But I am excited! I am going to a lights switch on this evening and it always feels so magical and brilliant. I've started the menu plan as I'm cooking for 10 adults this year - one vegan, one gluten free, one vegetarian and it's making me excited. My friend also keeps discussing it and that just makes me feel all festive. |

I'm so excited!! I'll be putting my Christmas decorations up this weekend. I've always been a huge Christmas lover but now I've got a daughter to share it with it feels even more magical. |

The feast of Saturnalia! Christmas was nicely shoe horned in there somewhere. Commercialisation came later!
Always celebrated traditionally, making merry is good for one's soul, especially if its all homemade, full of cheer with genuine friends and family. |
