Everything is so Clicky ..... clubs .... on here

It can seem that way. It's human nature but there are some people on fab who will try to include people of they notice them.
Keep posting don't let it get you down and one day you'll realise that you're part of a group yourself.

It took me about a month to "break in" and feel accepted. It's the nature of forums though. |

Truth. I always feel I'm on the edge of the forum. Of course I'm aware of one of the reasons and I'm happy to be at the edge rather than the centre. However I can understand how someone who would like to be at the centre might find it cliquey and very daunting. |

But honestly it's going to come across that way if you never make an effort to interact and stick yourself in so people can get to know you. It's completely natural that friendships will form and some people will become close and chat to each other more than they will to newbies.
It took me a few months before people would start chatting to me more but I have genuinely always found the forums very welcoming even when I was a newbie. It just takes time and effort before people to start to become familiar with you. |

That’s life - work, friends, neighbours, school run. I guess if you wanna get in the click then gotta make the effort otherwise don’t worry and just let the clicky ones get on with it

I've never been to a club so I can't relate to that but I imagine it's quite similar to the forums as in people have just got to know each other. I really hope that nobody excludes you though as I hate that kind of thing, it just reminds me of high school. But, sometimes you do need to get yourself out there. |
