Complained about Strictly, when two Men danced together. Is this proof we still have a long way to go to eradicate homophobia.

As the estimated viewing figures are around 8 million, those few complaints show we are becoming more accepting. As I remember the furore over the first gay kiss on EastEnders. |

I'd agree, even from some of the papers I've seen they've taken a bit of a 'about time' approach rather than condemning it  |

With any luck, old fashioned bigotry will die with the kind of people who still write to TV shows complaining about what they have seen.
It's 2019, after all. If they were truly offended, they'd make a meme about it... |
