I don't worry about people thinking I'm trying to bump my own thread. If I'm asking a question and people are responding I like answering their posts. Sometimes I have further questions, others I want to acknowledge posters because their opinion is appreciated. |

When they get some momentum I leave them be. I do try to reply to everyone because it includes and encourages the newbies and less confident forumites and lurkers and often sparks a lounge type discussion. Yasmeen is always bumping threads of mine when they've already gone past 100 but not reached 175 and if that's the case I prefer to let the fire die off naturally.... ....there's always another ten waiting in my mind.... |
