Tbf you're asking ladies from couples, who are on a swinging site? By and large these couples have sex with others anyway for one and if their lifestyle continued anyway then he wouldn't be going without sex in the long run?
He may be going without making love in the conventional sense, but long term there are far more other ways to create the same lovely glowing bond you get as a result.
