Hey fabbers
Here is today’s getting to know someone thread. It’s a lot of fun and anyone can join in. If you haven’t participated before it’s very simple. Say you’re in and ask someone a question in PRIVATE then the responder answers IN THE THREAD.

One of those questions I'll be pondering all day. Where to start.
Let's go for watching a Southern Right Whale surfacing by the side of the boat I was leaning over the edge of. I understood the word "awesome" a little better after that. |

OK my top 3
I started 2019 with a physical challenge, to compete at powerlifting, which I had to give up on due to health issues.
Damn you menapause!
So 1 would be to get myself sorted, physically & mentally and achieve that goal.
2, my children. Both will be going through major transitions educationally & emotionally.
To see them both succeed & be happy
3, to finish my house and garden. It's taken 3yrs to get this far, there's still alot to do, but I aim to end the year, in a home I'm proud of. One I've worked hard to provide & improve.

My childhood conditioned me not to cry. Still can’t do it today to express negative emotions. I do however cry with laughter quite often and that’s hell for my eyeliner |

We met working at a local supermarket, we kept in contact, then 8 years later went on a date!

My favourite meal(s) ever would have to be when growing up we'd visit my dads family abroad every few years. We'd stay at my uncle and all the aunts and uncles would come stay over too. The specific salmon, chicken, beans they'd cook, the atmosphere and company, connected me back to a historic world, amazing times!
