A recent study found that 1 in 5 men have no friends and 37% of no close companion have nobody close to confide in at times of need. Shows how busy our life’s have become and is a worrying trend especially with the suicidal rates for men so high.
So make an effort say hi smile check on someone you haven’t spoken to for a while send a message on here to connect with someone. You may start something amazing and make a difference.
I’m one of those in five. |

Morning MrS. Sorry to hear you're 1 in 5 bud. We definitely spend more and more of our lives in work leaving less time to make and maintain friendships, but an hour or 2 at night is all we really need. I've given friends that have moved away and are struggling to make friendships the same advice, join a club. Put an hour or 2 in a week learning or doing something with like minded people and bonds will form |

If you are lucky enough to have good friends, you have to cultivate them in the good times as well as the bad.
Some people only reach out to their friends when they need something, that's not friendship.
It's like having a houseplant, you have to put the effort in to keep a friendship alive and thriving.
Dont forget to water!
