Sometimes this place can become too much - I’m sure we all feel that. It’s a balancing act before it becomes an obsession. I have been here on and off for a good while. Met some friends along the way. But it is a lifestyle. Sometimes I’m up for it sometimes I want to share it with a permanent swinging partner. Sometimes I just want to hibernate... Anyone else have tips for managing your addiction to this place?

You don't need to delete anything or change settings etc.

Just don't log in until you want to. Visit some of the other millions of websites on the Internet.

It’s cheap, cheerful and popular here which is convenient for our sporadic bouts of extreme honyness! Why fight the temptation to return?

Needs must x

Deleted my account - ended up back here 2/3 months later.

In future I’ll just hide it. Effort getting all of them Veri’s again. Plus the added effort of re-blocking the same people that continually go-on & on.

It seems that way for a large number of people The lure is definitely strong. The more active you are in your day to day life the less I think you run the risk of serial obsession. It's a pleasant compliment to your life, not its main focus.

It doesn't sound like an addiction, that sounds like a normal cycle of anything really.
