I broke 1 vertebrae in my spine almost 2 years ago, but didn't know it at the time.
It was finally diagnosed 6 months later, but in meantime, I'd stopped heavy duties within my work, applied heat patches every 2 days, and attended hospital Gym twice a week for light exercise. All designed to take strain off my back.
Spinal consultant said, in my case, it was right course of action, but it could take about a year to settle down, be pain free and everything ok again. Reality was it took 15 months, but all ok now! |

have you genuinely broken your back? If so massage won't fix it. When a close family member broke their back they were in a brace for months, hospital for a week and rehab for six weeks followed by a lengthy period of recovery at home. |

if its broken, go to your doc, it its just sore, then i found that massage chiropractors etc just prolong the healing while costing a fortune, it will get better on its own, trust me i have tryed everything, mind you i have had back surgury in the past so may be different for you |

I suffer from chronic back pain, there's lots you can do to help yourself. Keeping mobile I find helps immensely. Try plates or another non impact form of exercise to strengthen your core. Failing that Tramadol |

None of us are Experts!
See your GP to start off with, and take it from there.
Everyone is different, with no 1 cure fitting all back problems. |
