How do you stay warm when out an and about? I can't seem to get warm at all. It's fine when I'm home but even in work I find it freezing.

Under the Duvet

Layers.

Scarf.

Gloves.

Possibly a hat.

And think warm thoughts

Thermal longsleeve, hoodie and a warm winter coat. Its the adjustment from inside to outside I cant handle. My neck and shoulder muscles contract very painfully.
