Thanks for sharing, OP.
I had a two hour walk in the sunshine with a couple of women and the dogs. The big open space of the Marshes is like being in the countryside, without having to get on transport. The horses and cows looked like they were enjoying the warmth too.
It's Boeuf Bourguignon for dinner tonight with veg fresh from the allotment. It could only be improved by me getting to dinner and discovering it's turned into a beef and ale pie.  |

Was it? I'm glad. We've been debating whether to go in case it was a bad adaptation. The book isn't as strong as The Shining so the film could be really weak.

I haven't read the books. I wasn't sure where the story line would go at all and I really liked it. Took my daughter after making her watch the shining. She said she thought it was really good and was expecting it to be crap.
