"I recently turned 39 and although I don't feel old, when I look at the number in text.. I think to myself damn that's a big number I'm at lol.
"
Just you wait another decade or two......then you realise it doesn’t matter, you won’t give a f*ck what anyone one else thinks and just get on with living your best life! You are only as old as you feel |

No. When I'm ill, yes I feel a bit weak and feeble but when I'm at 100%, I don't feel, or act my age.
Life is too short, so I'm living my best life possible! |

Haha, wait 'til you hit 50. In answer to your question though, no i don't but i don't think 50 is old anyway and i can still give all you young whipper snappers a run for your money. |

I'm dead then .... I'm 48

"Yep. sometimes I feel old and I don't like to see the old me looking back at me.
Then I try to remembr that hey, I'm still here.
My sister died in her sleep 10 years ago and that hits home."
Sorry to hear about your sister. My best friend died from cancer aged 34 so since then i just made me appreciate life more. |

Mentally I feel I’m older and wiser but still with a sense of adventure and curiosity. Life just gets more interesting.
Physically I’m in pretty good shape, although injuries take a bit longer to recover from. |

Too old for you "
*You're only as old as the person you feel*
Besides, you don't look a day over 21. You should probably change your fab age. |

All the girls I work with are less than half my age.
They sent me a birthday card which read "Happy Closer to Death Day"
Made me chuckle |

Rem_mber it as if it was a couple months ago..

"felt old and unloved the minute i passed 50 on here lol
There are very few profiles that don’t have 50+ profiles blocked from messaging
I only feel old on here I’m fine in the real world!!"
Exactly, and the way fab is I’ve been stung soo many times that I don’t meet further than a neighbouring county anymore |

I've really started to feel old since turning 60 a couple of years ago. That day, everything changed. I've been feeling my body slowing down, aching, legs hurting going up stairs, feeling crap in general.
But yet I feel 32 in my head.
Also, turning 60 alienates me so much on here |

That's because we are, and why I am back in the real world and just here for the intellectual stimulation and to take the piss. |

Yep, honestly feeling my age and past it, especially on here. I always feel so tired and weary these days. Plus the winter months do nothing for me at all, I just want to hibernate. |

Not at all. I eat fairly healthy, I exercise regularly, I try to get adequate amounts of sleep.
To me after the age of 24. "Age ain't nothing but a number."
I definitely dont look my age.
Like the old saying goes "Black Don't Crack."

Yes and no.
I'm stronger than ever and continue to get stronger. Im fit, healthy, no health problems and can walk over most younger people in all areas.
However, tomorrow morning after tonight's squats I'll feel about 80 when I try and get out of bed |

We both feel younger than we did 10 years ago both physically and mentally.
Embrace every year you get older, it means you're still kicking and some people aren't that lucky. |

Yes ... but only because I’m a mum to a teenager and she tells me all the time how old and embarrassing I am (at 34!!). However I do feel much better about it when people respond with “fuck off! No way you’re in your 30s”. Result! |

I don't feel old at all even though I've got very old teenage children. I'm very healthy and keep fit. Ok bits of me protest these days but in my mind I'm still a 20 something with no idea and if I ever become a proper grown up I guess then I'll feel old. I've never classed myself as a proper grown up. |

Rod Stewart sang a song called, The Killing of Georgie" one verse says this;
He said "never wait or hesitate
Get in kid, before it's too late
You may never get another chance
Cause youth a mask but it don't last
Live it long and live it fast"
There is only one alternative to old age which is best avoided for as long as possible. |

I've been plagued by a back condition for a lot of this year & I've been told I need an operation..so yes i feel old.
But at the same time I'm told I don't look my age.
Gotta take the rough with the smooth i guess. |

No, I don't feel old despite the fact that I am now 46, so closer to 50 than 40 and being menopausal.
The body isn't what it was but in many ways I feel no different.
I suppose I'm officially middle aged. |

I don't give my age a thought, really, but next month I'll be asking my parents what it feels like to have a 30 year old grand daughter, and in Dec_mber 2023 I'll be asking them what it feels like having their eldest son applying for his bus pass |

It can vary.
If I've worked over a fortnight of 12+ hour days on the bounce, with the usual 20 miles plus of quick walking throughout, usually hefting, carrying and prising/locking into place great big building components that you have to find the centre of gravity of and weigh up to about 75kg whilst you do (especially in temperatures below freezing) then Yes I sometimes ache like buggery at the end of the day and feel rather weathered to say the least!
When on an epic sexual adventure that lasts all evening, night and most of the next day then Hell no!
Even with the former though I remind myself that my job breaks plenty of lads in their 20s within a week of their starting so it's not entirely down to age!
