What's the longest you've ever gone without a wash?

East Yorkshire

Within memory, probably 36 hours during long haul travel, otherwise it must be a daily shower for me.

About five days

After I'd given birth

When the nurse finally got round to helping me have a bath, there was an emergency and i was left there ( i was really poorly, but thats another story)

I'm not bitter though

"2 weeks whilst on exercise when I was a soldier "

About the same, although I did shave every day and wash my hair with half a pint of hot water (it's a personal thing).

I also washed my arse after taking a crap (it's another personal thing).

'Shower' in a metal bowl using 4 pints of water in a garden pressure spray, wet/lather/rinse before changing into a clean uniform back from echelon.

I've got a photograph of the water in the bowl, after the 'shower', completely opaque and laden with sediment.

At least it was warm.

Hiding in the shadows

9 days!

After emergency surgery, I was un-conscious for 7 of those days though.

Otherwise I'd say the longest without a proper wash would be 3days.

weekend festivals, wet flannel & baby wipes.

I still clean my teeth at least 6 times a day though!
