Picture it, you’re having a big old rant to one of your mates by text and want to drop the F word(in any form), but your phone changes it to one of the words in the thread title. Has it happened to you?
I discovered a game changer today.
Save a blank contact in your phone by the name Fuck Fucking Fucker Fucked. Your phone will no longer change it to duck etc.
It really works, I’ve been testing it all day.

This is going to change my life!
I hate it when I’m texting my OH on a rant about something at work and my phone insists on telling him how “ducked off” I am. It just escalates the anger further  |

When smartphone dictionaries and predictive text first started, phone companies had to find a way to stopping it from accidentally spelling out offensive words. The solution is a separate dictionary which has every offensive word imaginable and it checks against it before predicting a word....but annoyingly you can’t see it as I reckon that would make some good reading! |
