My (her) most favourite cereal is cornflakes with boiling hot milk and sugar.

Then I like all kinds such as sugar puffs, shreddies, coco pops, rice krispies etc.

Any cereal with too much wheat or fibre kills my tummy though, so I can only eat those once in a while.

"What happened to Sugar Puffs?

They've disappeared from the shelves!"

They were re-branded as Honey Monster Wheat Puffs (with 25% less sugar) in 2014/5.

That's right 25% less sugar now means only 6.5 g sugar in a 30 g serving.

"Coconut porridge "

Yes!

Or coconut bircher muesli (mix and match the ingredients):

1 tablespoon shredded unsweetened coconut

3 tablespoons rolled oats

1 tablespoon raw sunflower seeds

1 tablespoon raw pumpkin seeds

1 teaspoon flax seeds

1 teaspoon chia seeds

2 tablespoons plain yoghurt

¼ cup blueberries

¼ cup raspberries/strawberries

½ cup milk

Maple syrup to taste

Pinch of sea salt

Combine, cover and refrigerate overnight.

Serve with fresh berries, additional coconut, Maple syrup and yoghurt/milk.
