... for dogs with smelly feet ?
my dog doesn't have that doggy whiff about him and he doesn't have dog breath, but he does have pongy paws
smells like a pair of old hiking socks that have been ripening all day before being left to dry out over a radiator !
it's messing with ocd lol |

Use a cloth warm water and any cleaning product that does not have bleach in it , which is very hard to find , a thin solution of washing up liquid is what i use for Meg , i find she smells worse if she's been out in the rain , must be some natural thing that they have in there genes to protect them ,etc ...hope that helps , but i'm ready to be corrected ..lol |

One thing you can try is to get the dog to soak its paws in a strong salt water solution... OK getting a dog to soak its feet is a problem, but you could put it in the bath and just have an inch or so or water. Keep the dog entertained for 10 minutes and it should easily be enough.
Salty water works with humans if there is a build up are (harmless but smelly) bacteria in the skin and pores by drawing it out.
You could give it a go. |

This is the best and quickest way to get rid of verucas or athletes foot to name but a few foot conditions..
find it works better with sea salt water as well..
no sure if it would work with dogs as even the salt on the paths in winter can dry and crack the pads on their paws .. |

My dog sometimes chews hers, try bathing with saltwater, but not soaking, just a quick dip after walkies and pat dry with a towel.
You can get boots for dogs.... did you know that? |
