Anything with Nigella Lawson in is really making me happy lately....

She is pretty and makes nice food

If you had to pick a Celeb/tv chef to make your meals for a day who’d you choose?

Jamie Oliver hands down, no argument. Taught me so much.

Second in the teaching is Keith Floyd. Always drink while cooking

Then Tom Kerridge and Nigella Lawson for different reasons.

The rest I've seen are rehashing and regurgitating without bringing anything my mother hasn't already taught me.

This is a tough one. I really like Marcus Wareing on Masterchef Professionals, he shows so much compassion to chefs who have fucked up that you can’t help but warm to him.

Gordon Ramsay is a survivor and I’ve been lucky enough to see him cook live which was a fantastic experience.

The one that inspires me and who I think is the best chef is Michel Roux Junior. His food is sublime and again he’s so encouraging of young chefs and inspirational to home cooks like me.
