Probably been done a hundred times but can we do a ‘deep dive’ into which buzzwords and phrases are in vogue at the moment?

I heard it this week for the first time. Obviously “we’ll look into it” just wasn’t good enough for the person delivering the line.

As soon as he said it I thought “I bet you’re the kind of person who spends his evenings on the internet town shaming”
