Same with me recently. First one where I noticed i’d been blocked. Obviously due to differing opinions on a recent thread. I can still be friends with someone or converse with them if I have a different opinion. It amused me a bit to be honest. |

Nah I’m not fussed. Sometimes I’ll click on a formite’s profile and realised I’m blocked. I’ll think ‘huh wonder why.’, counter block and never think about it again  |

Considering how long I've been here, it's actually only a small handful. I've wondered about it before if we were friends at some point but then you don't know someone else's mind and life happens. The other few? No, not really. We're not compatible in some way and it's a tool to be used. |

I’m only aware of people I actively don’t get on with and that’s fine. If it was someone random I’d not really interacted with yes it would probably make me wonder.. I’m pretty soft and an over thinker so wouldn’t like the thought I’d offended someone without intending to. |

I’ve been blocked by a few people but it’s there loss I’m still meeting new people and enjoying myself. I’ve. Also had people block me and start a new profile and try to add me again as a friend but I’ve sussed them out and then blocked them. |

To be honest I probably wouldn't notice. I've never clicked on a random profile and found I've been blocked. I guess it's less likely to happen as those I am interested in interacting with don't use the forum. |

When I started this profile I made a conscious decision not to block anyone. It doesn't really achieve anything as if someone wanted to see my profile they can do it via another easily achievable login.
If I notice someone has blocked me I don't get butthurt. People have their reasons and that is fine by me. Just another Fab day. |

Nope not at all, most of mine get pissed off with me having long conversations first and I am enjoying fun with the ones I actually have connected with from those conversations, it is a good screening process for me though, the ones I want to meet will persist through my barriers to play

I saw a documentary fairly recently about somebody who was in a girl band. I can’t remember the name of her or the band but they made their name on X factor/some other talent show. She had issues with her body and it was near distressing to see how much both positive and negative comments from total strangers affected her. |

Can honestly say it has never occurred to me to wonder about how many, or who has blocked me, occasionally I'll come across a profile that has done so, but don't give it more than a moments thought - some block because they want to rule you out of searches, some because they don't think you're a good match and some because they think I'm an arse - whatever the reason it doesn't bother me at all.
In fact the only time it would bother me would be if it were someone I had talked to and they did so without an obvious reason why, but that would be because I'd fear I had caused upset inadvertently and wouldn't be happy if I had. |

If anyone wants to block me, that's their choice. Do I care ? Like hell I do. It's only a website for god sake. People get too drawn in on here and take things personally. When we first joined fab some nine years ago we would be quite upset if we got blocked.
Naive I know, but we weren’t familiar with how it all worked, and we were both active on the forum.
Anyway fast forward five years or so and my wife was way past caring about coming into the forum, and I was patently aware that we weren’t the type to meet forum folk, so I became somewhat feisty at times.
This of course meant we got blocked by a fair few people, but I would only know if I clicked on their profile. Something I did now and again, and I counter blocked and rarely even gave it a second thought.
In the last year or so I wouldn’t know if we have been blocked as I don’t click on profiles any longer. |

I hope I've not pissed people off unless it's someone I've intended on pissing off, in which case I couldn't give a flying one if they've blocked me.
If I HAVE pissed someone off unintentionally and they've blocked me, well, they obviously had good reason to in their eyes and we aren't compatible. No harm done.
If they don't like my style, well, not compatible so again, no harm done, however I'd not block from not liking someones style as such (assuming you're meaning posting style) as I'd still talk to someone even if I'd have no intention of meeting them.
Does it bother me? Not really, they have their reasons, however it would miff me if I was blocked by someone I thought was pretty cool and I may wonder why.

No, I'd only be bothered if I knew I'd done something wrong deliberately and regretted it, and that's very rare and if/when it happens I'll usually own up and attempt to fix it if possible.
