Scarlett is a belly dancer and pole dancer (former champion too). She is certified to instruct and has run classes for both but family commitments mean that both paid hobbies have been parked

Used to do ballet, jazz, contemporary and musical theatre. I'm nowhere near as tiny as I was back then but I've kept the flexibility and I've recently discovered I've maintained rather powerful hamstrings. All the jumping I guess!
