It's getting cold, I see people are wanting to hybernate for the winter, my question is... Is anyone still keeping active? Or just monging it until Jan x |

Not a gym bunny, no amazing body either but I'll not be "monging". I'm planning on still going swimming every morning before work all through the winter. |

Ailsa is taking a break from running, but I’m still trying to be active. Although I’m not training like I used to be - even deleted a photo off our profile because my body has changed a bit. But still healthy. Ish. |

I think that's so much dedication going in the mot ings before work! I work in the PT sector and after training clients I can only squeeze it in after work xx |

We are not gym bunnies although we are both runners, and he is also a climber. These activities will continue throughout the autumn and winter as we have events to train for. |

Neither go to the gym, but both regularly work out at home 4 or 5 days a week and will continue to do so throughout the Winter. It's about keeping fit and healthy for us. |

I have a training schedule set out every week and try to go at least 4 times. I tend to stick with it regardless of the time of year. I'm in no way super fit or have an amazing body, but I enjoy getting out and going. |

Not in one go "
1 hours enough for me due to recent injuries |

That's fine if that's what you can manage right now . I don't think mine is that shocking though. |

Time of year makes little difference although I'm generally more active the colder it becomes |

I've not been in the gym for a while since my injury, I'm going to start swimming again as part of rehab. Not being active is driving me a little bit crazy!
Luckily my job is very active though and regular exercise is helping. I miss my intense cardio though! |

I’d say I’m *trying* my best to stay active but it’s a challenge trying to drag my arse to the gym or out for a run on dark rainy evenings. I really struggle to keep it up in the winter months |

If there is no one around to give me piggy backs I just fall down the stairs and take the following day off work
what about up? Do you have a stairlift?
Well here is were it gets technical, I sit my butt on the step and then use my hands to try lift my weight and slide my butt up to next step up. D
Clever way to get some upper body excercise in on leg day!
And the best part is..if your good at it not tooooo many people give you funny stares, I have been asked to leave before by the staff while I half way up the stares on butt but I just pouted and said I was stuck then pretended to fall asleep
to be fair I've seen people do stranger things that they claim to be excercises.
Yes.. like cross fit yahay
Are you slagging off CrossFit?
We are no longer friends.
Also... if you give me a piggyback and go for a run, does it count as me going for a run?
I'd need to piggyback 5 of you to get a workout
Nah, not after all the pizza I ate post workout - think I’d suffice as a dead weight
Shall we get dominoes and take a shoulder each?
I have always wanted to try use the bench bar while a women balances on each side and do a few reps.. afterwards we all gooo get pizza and ice creamssssss"
One of the PTs at my gym has a video on his IG of one of the other PTs crouched on top of the plate of the leg press as he used it . |

"I’d say I’m *trying* my best to stay active but it’s a challenge trying to drag my arse to the gym or out for a run on dark rainy evenings. I really struggle to keep it up in the winter months
I offer piggyback services too and from the gym, especially helpful on leg days. When you need that extra lift to get to the gym haha
I've been tempted to ask for piggybacks up and down the stairs after leg day!

So let me get this clear ... you want to bench press me and Lacey then we’re all going for pizza and ice cream? And I don’t have to do any actual workout myself? I am IN. |
