Hot or a huge turn on to have a woman straight after she's just been had by another?

I'm guessing that maybe guy two gets off on the fact that he's been chosen over guy one.
Maybe it feels naughty doing something behind the other guys back?
Maybe they just like the physical feeling of sloppy seconds?
Or as someone else said, it's reclaim sex.
It might not be to your taste, but that doesn't necessarily make it "weird".

If I was meeting somebody regular I think I’d enjoy meeting her after she’s had a meet and she could tell me about as we played together but obviously it would be safe sex so not really stirring porridge portions or anything like that, however meeting somebody new who has just had fun would not be a turn on in the slightest !!

Personally it would be more about the connection I had with the lady not just the fact she had just been with somebody else but more to do with the intensity we would both be feeling at the time she was back with me and telling me about it as we fucked. Something about that is a huge turn on.
