Absolutely perfect scoreline, that'll do but a couple more would be nice. Ok, si Young was offside and went down to easily and Derry barely touched him and shouldn't have been sent off, but in the big scheme of things I really couldn't give a toss if it means an 8pt gap before City get screwed by Arsenal this afternoon. |

Worst refereeing performance ever.
Fucking abysmal.
May have decided title and relegation in one completely wrong descision.
Offside yes
Foul no
Red card definately not |

So QPR's abysmal performances all season long have nothing to do with them being relegated then? |

Actually, I'd like QPR to score just so City fans can't say they wuz robbed, but then if they'd beaten Sunderland and Stoke, and hadn't lost to Swansea, they wouldn't be 5 points adrift - sorry, 8 points adrift - of United now would they. |

I have lost faith in refs, assistants, these guys get overwhelmed by the occasion. Young was offside, then dives, a red card, Chelsea's 2 goals yesterday, Linesman failed to see anything.
Today, Balotelli's high tackle on Song, no card.
I am off to watch Netball, at least the players are tasty.... |

Chelsea's second goal yesterday...When Torres shot Mata was technically offside but not interfering with play..If you watch closely Torres shot was possibly going wide but nicked off a defenders thigh. So according to the 'second phase' rule Mata was onside.
The first goal?..miles off |

The second goal was offside, because as soon as Matta attempts to goal for the ball then the linesman should have flagged. If Matta had stood there not going for the ball, then he wouldnt have been classed as offside because, its not an offence itself to be in an offside position, and he only becomes offside if he attempts to go for the ball, having not got back onside when the ball is passed/shot.
I think you need to read up on the offside laws, because second phrase refers to when a player was in a offside position but because the ball was cleared a new phrase starts and his intial offside position no longer stands. If the ball is then played again a new phrase starts and his new position is the one that will count.

who is this young fella Scholes United have picked up? lol
their season would have been in tatters if fergie hadnt relented and brought him back in.
city are imploding, and its great to see as it proves the title cant be bought quickly, although next year they propbably will win it. |

I've always been an Arsenal fan and have a strong dislike for both Manchester clubs. But City annoy me a lot more than United. Glad we got one (nil) over them! |

"Man Utd always get dodgy decisions in their favour. "
Actually, statistically, Stoke and Bolton have had the most dodgy decisions in thier favour, by some distance.
QPR and Newcastle lead the rest of the pack.
Arsenal are bottom, meaning they recieve the least favour of any club in the premiership.

Yeah. and three horror injuries in five years shows that we get no sympathy when it comes to decisions. |
