Sounds yummy Meli!
I’m thinking I might go out for breakfast later, I’m super lazy this morning. The cafe near me does epic homemade sourdough with avocado, chorizo and poached eggs drizzled in peanut räyu |

Why do you have such good eateries near you? That sounds absolutely saliva inducing (minus the peanut stuff ). |

I was about to offer to come and make you scrambled eggs and smoked salmon bagels, but after seeing what you're having I'll just come to your local cafe instead |

"Coffee and a full inbox.
Ok, just coffee....
Would be nice to wake up to legging-clad Irish girl rustling up a fry!
That would be ideal!
You do the eggs, I'll keep the bed warm! "
You’ll die of starvation if you’re waiting for me to cook |

I was drinking around a litre of strong coffee every morning. Using my keen detective's instincts, I began to suspect this might me somehow linked to the insomnia and crippling anxiety, so I thought I'd have a few weeks off and see what happens. I'm on day 5 |

"Who has the best recipe for scrambled egg?
Eggs, butter, salt. cook slowly. "
That's how I do it. Simple yet devastatingly effective. Pinch of black pepper, too. |

"Who has the best recipe for scrambled egg?"
Mix eggs with a little milk and salt and pepper. Melt some butter in a pan. Pour in the egg mixture and stir continuously. I use a fork or a balloon whisk. Keep the heat low and the eggs moving. Remove from heat the minute it begins to look like scrambling and continue stirring. Don't overcook!
Add an optional handful of chopped smoked salmon and chives. Perfect. |

Microwave or in the pan?"
Definitely a pan. Microwave is fine if you're in a hurry, but you'll never get as good a result. |

Yum! My brother makes good scrambled eggs. I think the half a block of norpak (aldi lurpak) he uses helps |
