Since using this site I have noticed that almost all the profiles are none smokers.
Considering there are millions of smokers in the UK, where are they!?
Surely we can't all be none smokers. Are people stating they don't smoke to get meets? |

Id quit for 8 months but recent events made me weak and i broke, ive never been more dissapointed in myself but cant find the will and motivation to break the chain again |

Ive got few stressfull hurdles to get over and then im back on the wagon, i need to smoke right now to curb my anxiety (that ive never suffered with before) plus its helping me sleep, when i quit i got really bad insomnia (probably due to the extra oxygen in my blood) |

I smoked fags for 17 years and I gave up in New years eve 2012. I tried everything to give up and I found electronic cigarettes the best.
But you know it's just swapping one form of nicotine intake for another. Lowering the nicotine intake a little each time you buy a bottle is the way to quit nicotine easily. |

Haha it’s still not smoke though. Although I’d never vape or smoke when I met someone though if they didn’t. Having said that if they told me not to I would  . Not that I’m stubborn or anything  |

When I smoked, I loved it, the whole ritual of it and the emotional effect. So i understand. And meeting smokers for me would increase chances of getting back into it. That's about it. Not a hint of judgement. |

Why lie about it?
I do understand non smokers. I stopped for a while a few years ago and began to smell it on others. I realised then how it was for non smokers.
I do wish I had not started again but hey ho.
If you lie and claim you don't smoke when you do, then that's a stupid thing to do and you are an idiot if you don't think you will be caught out. |

Haha it’s still not smoke though. Although I’d never vape or smoke when I met someone though if they didn’t. Having said that if they told me not to I would . Not that I’m stubborn or anything "
I vaped and put non smoker but the minute i lit my first cig i changed it to smoker, i do think there should be a vaper option now given how common it is |

I will quit again, but right now, my head is all over the place.

We are both 420 smokers and we openly say that on our profile so people are fully aware. We know it's not to everyone's taste but we have our reasons. It's never stopped us getting meets though, honesty is the best way, you can't hide the smell of smoke from a non smoker |

I’m a smoker, it’s stated on my profile and I have no care to hide it.
Smoking areas are usually the most social areas.
What does confuse me is when people message me and it clearly says in their profile they won’t meet smokers but when I tell them I do it doesn’t seem to matter anymore. |

Yes plenty of people lie about it, probably more than are honest about it. They want to keep the pool of people who may be willing to meet them as large as possible.
I'm not a fan of that, nor am I a fan of those mentioned, who "won't meet smokers" but then all of a sudden have no issue with it. Like others say, stick to your word, most of the time it's all we have to go on so make it fucking count. When the mind is changed so easily it makes me think "flimsy" and I'd rather have "headstrong and accountable"
