All is grand with me, I just find it interesting how people lift their moods

I use music. Always works

There and to the left a bit

Know that it usually passes soon enough so just keep going till it does - if it's something that won't go away, long solitary walks help or failing that turn to one of my trusted "shoulders"

?

Spend time outside if I can - no music, the sound of the birds and the wind in the trees soothes me.

If I can't get outside then I listen to music
