So, upon booking my work Christmas night out we got into a discussion about dancing, some people love it, and some reeeeallly dont.
How do you all feel about dancing? Are you first on the dance floor, or trying to hide in a corner? Are you that person that tries to drag the reluctant ones onto the dance floor? What's the one song that will get you up no matter what? |

I moan about modern music and watch an empty dance floor then as soon as some proper 80’s and 90’s cheese comes on, I’m the one racing to grab a spot before everyone else then I fling myself about, accidentally taking out a few ribs and an eye with flailing limbs.
I bloody love it and don’t give a silver testicle about how I look, |

same here, once I've had a few drinks I think I'm amazing, and every second song I think is the best dancing song ever made |

I really can't dance but it doesn't stop me trying. Dance like no one is watching is a real cliche but I do. Frequently. Besides my shit dancing is often less awkward than my conversational skills! |

"I love dancing - only to music I like though, i'm a music snob
What would be your "guaranteed to get you dancing" song?
One Step Beyond - Madness "
Good choice, that would also have me up shaking my stuff |

I'm a fucking terrible dancer. I still move like I'm in the 90s... Like prodigy moves!
But that never stops me, and I never care what anyone thinks... I've always been of the opinion that if someone has a problem with how you're acting, they are probably jealous that they won't allow themselves to do the same! |

I love dancing. It's a great way to unwind in a club or bar (space permitting). I often wonder why people don't dance when they go out. It's also the oldest form of foreplay and can be very sexy (Latino and Salsa dancing). I wouldn't say I have a song but just about anything will get me dancing apart from cheesy pop lol |

I LOVE to dance.
My hips find a beat to any rhythm. I don't care if there's a dancefloor or not, if there's a good beat, I'm moving
Beyoncé, Christina Aguilera, Shakira, Pussycat Dolls... Anything clubby, love a good bass beat |

Some people are self conscious and awkward, I totally get that as I'm like that if I'm not fully comfortable with the company.
But yes, it's a great way to unwind |

Im not exactly a natural but certain songs are guaranteed to get me up when I've had a few - specifically A Little Respect by Erasure or Human by the killers.
Weirdly, neither are songs I really love, but they get my toes tapping. |

When I first started going to clubs etc, I was terrified of dancing. I hated it - was a shy teenager.
I grew to adore dancing though and still enjoy it. I’m involved in music in various ways and continually fascinated by the way people respons to sound. I play a few pieces of music where I just know people will start to move.
I’m lucky enough to know some excellent dancers - seeing them is pretty incredible.
It’s also hot as hell - I can still see a women dancing at a gig in 1990 in my head now. Without being over-the-top, she was amazing.
I genuinely believe it’s good for the soul. |

I (her) LOVE to dance but my better half prefers not to dance and likes to watch me have fun on the dancefloor.
I am happy to dance on my own, I have been known to find myself people to dance with. It's a fantastic way of creating a happy atmosphere between people and that makes me feel great.
I am probably more of an extrovert when on the dancefloor, I love to show of my sexy moves to certain music but mostly really enjoy making people laugh and smile and so will act out and sing along to the song in a fun dramatic way to get a giggle from my friends.

I absolutely love dancing and always have done. I don't require a drink to dance and I don't even know if I'm any good at it and I don't care. It sends a positive vibe through your body.
Any disco classic will get me moving. |

Out dancing most weekends at my genre of music get togethers/events and that music is a huge part of my life.
Can't stand people trying to make others dance if they don't want to as you can feel the awkwardness a mile away.
Women are 100x more likely to dance at weddings and birthday party's etc |
