Why do women always have hang ups about their body size or shape even when they are reasured that they look great and fellas just seem to get on with it? |

nah i dont, i dont think i should look like women in the glossies, i have no desire to be a size zero, id just like my boobs back to where they was when i was 18 and my belly to not be covered in stretch marks, but i cant turn time back and i will never look like i did pre kids but dont stop me wishing |

I used to have loads of hang ups about my body shape and size but not anymore, as i see it were all differnt and like different things, nobody is perfect, so now i couldnt careless  |

You may not but in general people want to fit in and conform to what they think society expects of them. Its a shame but peer pressure affects many. |

Confidence, some have it in bundles some just now and then and that covers all sexes.
We've seen profiles and pics on here and other sites where the woman must have got dolled up in a hall of mirrors using clown make up and they think they're the Queen of Sheeba  
Then there are the quiet, shy women with natural beauty that outshine the others but have very little confidence in themselves.
Us men could give a woman a thousand compliments and yet one slighty off putting comment by someone will be took to heart.

I have a hang up about my size..and it doesnt help when you see no fatties/oompah loompas on profiles! (even though we dont actually swing as such)..
I appreciate most people are being nice when they try to reassure (except blokes in chat who who will say anything in order for you to get your boobs out anyway!);-)
Some people have said 'oh there are loads bigger ones than you in clubs, dont worry about it, come along and you'll enjoy'
I know they are only trying to be sweet..but that really isnt the issue...the issue is how you feel inside..not the fact that there are plenty of even 'larger' women at a club..
And I DONT fish for compliments either.
A guy with a beer belly, knobbly knees, couple of teeth missing when faced with a golden opportunity for some 'action' will indeed, 'just get on with it'
Theres the difference.
Im a 20+ hubs considers himself not good looking enough (even most people, especially me, say he is totally wrong!)to bother showing an interest in someone, so we are never going to be able to 'swing' anyway, but this problem isnt confined to swinging , a lot of people have hang ups about odd things about themselves..most (unfortunately not all) accept that one ones perfect.

I've met girls over the years who won't get jiggy without the lights off. or want you to look the other way while they undress - some that won't have sex unless partially dressed (one who only did it by pulling her kecks to one side), and others that wouldn't go swimming or disrobe in a public place and I think it's an absolute CRYING shame. Given time and some positive bigging-up they relaxed a bit, but all of them never really were completely 'lost in the moment' during sex, which is an even bigger crying shame to be honest - just glimpses and then the return to self-consciousness.
I don't consider myself good-looking. I don't approach others usually because I don't like knock-backs. I prefer others to make the first move of their own volition. I've a reasonable body, but it's not the best, but not the worst either. I do however get completely lost in the moment - it's only then I feel free of it all, and it's the best freedom anyone could wish for. One thing that keeps me here is the addiction to that freedom, and I love meeting others that have found the same escape

Yet because I have a man that makes me feel so sexy.. I am now often out taking naughty photos out side.. happy to wander around the club in my underwear...

If you look at profiles on here, a lot of ladies describe themselves as BBW when I'd call them average, on the other hand, you'll also see fat blokes who see themselves as athletic or muscular. Ladies are far too critical when they look in the mirror  |

In the past 6 months a lot of my hang ups have disappeared and I have got a lot more body confidence.
The media has to take some responsibility for the hang ups of a lot of people, they portray such a negative image of those who are not model sized.
