"I respect my women. So never been or will be able to do BDSM."
You’re mistaken if you believe that BDSM or Dom/Sub is being disrespectful.
I completely understand it may not be your cup of tea, it is not for every one but it takes many forms and most involve the utmost respect. |

Why do you think it is disrespecting? "
Such a terrible preconception dude! BDSM requires more respect and understanding of the other person than vanilla sex
You can always learn something new |

If you think there's no respect between a male dom and a female sub then you don't know anything about bdsm. Which is cool if it doesn't interest you. But don't say things like this because it's unbelievably disrespectful. My dom of six and a half years takes better care of me than any man in my life ever has. |

Am switch, more dom then sub but it's a whole level of trust and respect though.
I've felt more safety on a dom/sub play than in a vanilla sex act.
There's something special a out being powerless to a degree and having some power returned in small doses.
There's so much to BDSM than what most people persieve. |

I am going to put forward some points for you to consider. Firstly submission covers men, women and those who are gender fluid or don't identify as a gender. The same with domination, therefore bdsm is not something done by men to women, it covers a range of genders.
Secondly, I can understand why people think bdsm is disrespectful to submissives. There are a number of reasons, the main one is the depiction of bdsm in films, tv and books where thd submissive is treated brutally (and normally is a women) against their consent. What people don't realise that these depictions are fantasy by people who are not part of the scene. An example is 50 Shades of Grey EL James was not part of the scene. The other reason is the belief that bdsm is a form of domestic abuse.
I would be lying if I said that there were no dominants (male and female) that disrespected their submissives or where brutal. However certainly since the 1980's with books like The Loving Dominant, and Screw the Roses Give Me the Thorns, bdsm is about respect, trust and consent. Yes, there are still exploitative people in the scene. These people tend to go for newbies who do not know better. However the clear public position in the scene is consent respect and trust is essential. I hope that helps. |

If I had to give myself a label then I guess I’d refer to myself as switch!
Essentially, though, I just adore great sex with nice people - and I’m fairly open as to what that might entail!
Tbh I don’t think amazing sex can be too formulaic!

Wow....bdsm isn't about disrespecting a woman....good god almighty!
I've been a Dom for many years and respect and honour are 2 values I hold very highly indeed....I wouldn't suggest you actually do some research before making such assumptions.... |

Below are the results of my kink test and yet I have a really powerful desire to switch. An opportunity to do so hasn't presented itself in years which may be why my desire to switch roles and worship the right woman is so strong at the moment.
95% Dominant
93% Voyeur
92% Degradation giver
92% Primal (Hunter)
89% Bondage giver
86% Non-monogamist
85% Master/Mistress
85% Experimentalist
80% Owner
79% Exhibitionist
79% Brat tamer

"I’m a bratty sub.
But lately I’ve enjoyed chatting about being a domme, not sure I could perform in reality though."
I can relate to that but on the flip side. I'd love to be with a Domme but fear I would be a terrible sub. I'd love to really worship a woman but because I have no desire to be humiliated a lot of Dommes, sadists in particular would find me rather frustrating or too tame for them lol |

Tbh I find it incredibly tedious when I see those on people’s profiles!
I always think of it as the swingers version of the ‘Which Hogwarts house do you belong to?’ Online tests! |
