Always nice to see people supporting newbies lol. But seriously I think most people with common sense. Can spot a fake verification from a mile away, sort of possible to meet someone when they have just joined 2 hours ago. Also if it's their first time. Think people are a bit nuts with the verification's especially towards new people lol. |

Someone who has a verification within hours can be someone returning to the site but I do know there have been false verifications too  |

Someone who has a verification within hours can be someone returning to the site but I do know there have been false verifications too "

I left and returned but couldn't rem_mber who I had met and been verified by. Its not that I had hundreds but basically I'm an old git with a crap memory

Sweet liking the response peeps.
No these fuck faces aren't returning m_mbers totally new, you can tell when you just read the profile, its pretty much the same old bogus shite as always. Plus its amazing how someone can meet someone within an hours. When they both live over 4 hours apart.

Some ppl just leave them as a private joke between friends, not necessarily corresponding to a particular meet. A veri is whatever you want it to be. I don't get the obsession with them and also with fake profiles. If it's all obvious then focus on the "real ones" or whatever you want and it'll all come out on the wash. Posts like this seem to come from ppl struggling on fab..... a bit whiney, bitter, negative and self perpetuating really.....

When I see a new profile or something like this I’ll stick it on the ‘watch list’ see what the profile is like in the next few weeks I.e added several pictures that are all genuine, decent profile text, and it might sound odd but the vibe or feeling I get. Maybe don’t right profile off too quickly but defo keep an eye on them |

Exactly. I think it's best to read the words and look at who did the veri then decide.
I was speaking to someone who had a few been a but I thought he was to pushy so didn't bother meeting him.

Verifications are to prove people had sex and aren't axe murderers. The system appears to be flawed.

Getting verified quickly is no indication of whether or not they or the verification is fake.
I was verified quite soon after joining as a single, by people I know and have had sex with...
I suspect this is common for those who also have a couple profile or who have left and re-joined.
As others have said, read the verification and look at the profile as a whole. |
