Social vs Online

I've been on Fab for a short period of time. It seems to me, that the key to being successful is attending clubs/social locations and meet for fun.

It does seem that the majority of people on Fab are all about meeting up socially in a safe environment where you can get an handle on someone straightaway, rather than messaging each other and only knowing so much about each other. I personally like receiving messages and responding to nice chat. i do get though why alot more people want to meet socially, rather than message all the time. My personal belief chat is good in the beginning, but you have to do the social thing eventually. I'm not going social yet, as i'm temporary out of work, just finished juror service, looking forward to start a new employment contract and doing the social thing. Both are good, if you haven't got much money, chatting online can be a lot of fun. The endgame though is meeting up socially for fun.x

One of the reasons I go into the chat rooms, Seeing someone’s face while you talk makes a big difference, I very really have conversations by pm

I'd always chat by pm first to get a feel of someones personality, then phone then meet socially. Safety is always paramount especially for females though men should be careful too of course
