One ex girlfriend wanted me to argue more. She actually said this.
I'm not argumentative, but she
was the kind of girl that could start an argument out of thin air. |

"Ex was domestic abuser domestic violence controller and to have no voice..
5 yrs free of his shite"
Exactly the same as me. My ex girlfriend used to beat the hell out of me. Until one day I snapped. Guess who has a conviction for domestic violence now |

So do I. But I believed her, every time she promised this was the last time. Never going to happen again. I ended up not see my daughter for over two years. Because the courts are so biased against men. |

You can't blame the court cos they only judge based on the evidence they're given and with you never reporting her previous abuse |

I witnessed it first hand. I was never believed.
My barrister said don’t say anything derogatory about her, because you will make her look like a victim and you will look like you are making things up to put her down. Of course you are correct. There was no evidence of her using me as a human punch bag. I just endured it until I snapped one day. I’m not proud of what I did.
I’ve never done anything like that before or since. I didn’t know I was capable of what I did.
Until you have been there yourself, it’s hard to explain. Something inside me just snapped. I couldn’t take it anymore.

Do not know why this such a common game to play; mind games and gaslighting. That's what a relationship is all about. (Sarcasm). |

" fully sympathise I was in a mental and physical abusive relationship and no one believes you. When I walked away I was accused of all sorts and when going through the divorce I was advised to just agree to all the things she was saying despite them not being true as not to make it look vindictive or derogatory against her. There seems to be very little support for male victims of domestic abuse |
