Its all about what you are looking for...looks is great initially but without personality its difficult to keep going back..
Its like sales...looks is great for an initial sale..but to get repeat business you need more than just initial attraction.
Also the most beautiful person can become unattractive if their personality isnt attractive |

On here it's about looks for me but...yes...of course they have to have something between the ears. If I was looking for a relationship in rl then personality would become more important....but they'd still have to be reasonably good looking!

Usually for me, its about the way a person looks at me, and the micro expressions around that. That's neither looks or personality but a combination of them both in a stare I guess  |

We are here to fulfil fantasys, we don't generally fantasise about personalities I'm afraid.
Let's be real hornpub and similar sites don't have a personality related search feature,but many terms related to physical appearance - so it seems I'm not alone in this thought

Looks attract initially for sure but in our time on Fab we’ve realised that it’s so much more about what goes on in the mind. For us that will always overrule the physical attraction

Looks first, I have to find them attractive.
Personality, humour etc. all have to be there as well but if I don't fancy you physically then no amount of personality can change that.

I think it’s a mix of all three but differing amounts of each could be a cocktail that works. Apparent absence of any of the three would lead me to no longer feel any attraction. |

In social situations we initially gravitate towards people we are attracted to I do believe looks attract the person first.... but I have found I much prefer to be in the company of someone who makes me laugh...I can have good banter with and is an all round decent person... looks can be deceiving and never judge a book by its cover...its amazing how lovely people are once you get to know them xx |

Looks after the initial WOW can wear off easily if there isn't the personality and wit to back them up ... whereas a great personality and wit just keep getting better! |

Definitely looks first, couldn't be with someone we aren't attracted too. Hygiene, then personality. Although if they pass the first 2 but have a rubbish attitude or or personalities don't click then its a deal breaker I'm afraid |

I can't work with someone who isn't attractive physically. They may be attractive in other ways but it would stop at friendship.
The right balance works but the permutations, though limited when no physical attraction, are very varied. Personality that is right is always another minimum - I leave lookers alone, if we don't get on. The humour is a bonus, depending on the meet type. |

Seeing a lot of guys insisting they'd pick looks over personality and wit makes me feel like a strange guy. I'd pick either over looks any day. It's what I look out for in a girl mostly.
A bad personality can kill an erection for me quick as you can say fuck! Even on pornhub, I'd like for certain types, a sexy personality, that come fuck me glint with a bit of the demure...  |

I think an initial attraction is something that starts the ball rolling, but if they have no personality and don’t get your Witt then I’m pretty sure that attraction would quickly dissipate.
If someone who has a slight attraction and great personality and Witt becomes a whole lot more attractive and becomes all 3. Good question |

Each plays off each other and enhances or detracts from the other.
An amazing personality and wit can make a huge difference.
I know a few women who find Lewis Capaldi greatly attractive. Now I'm not shaming him for how he looks, but he is not your standard music heart-throb. But dude is a funny bastard and witty as hell.
Some people are just shallow and put looks above all else.
I need a balance. If I'm not physically attracted its going nowhere. If I find you boring and lacking convo, it's going nowhere. |
