I meet my mum and sister for lunch when I can. But not really.

Occasionally me and my dad go on the piss.

Ailsa has breakfast with her mum and brother every Sunday. I meet my mum every Tuesday. And Ailsa and I are always doing family stuff. Out for coffee most days, dinner, walks.

Northampton Somewhere

The older my kids get the less time they want to spend with us. We occasionally bribe them to come for a walk, we go out for dinner, bowling but not half as much as a few years ago!

Nope, closest family is 150 miles away, only see them at funerals really.

See my lad a few times a year but he's catching up with his mates too when he's here so time is limited.

We do however share a love of good music and speak a fee times a week. Or he calls me when he's bored.

All the time, me and the lad spend loads of time together twice a week with his sports, cinema, bike rides, going for drives just to talk and listen to music, walk to the shop for no reason and stop at the park on the way back and there's always some sort of family occasion or just go for a Sunday dinner for a catch up or maybe a day out, it's ace I would have it any other way

As much as I can, I've always tried to make as much quality time as possible.

Not always so easy as a single dad with a girl, but who ever said life was easy?
