Swinging lethargy!

Swinging is making me lazy.....it's the only exercise i appear to be doing!

So im back on it! Fasting ,gym, yoga and running!!! Oh and swinging of course!! Who's with me?

Pretty sure you could incorporate gym, yoga, fasting and running into your fab fun life

Yeeeep! I've rejoined the gym and a wonderful Northern fairy godmother has blessed me with shred videos. Fasting begins tomorrow. Fuuuun. It's painful but an evil necessity - I have 24 days to lose some of the excess padding and release the dormant Bilquis underneath. Staying motivated is tricky but I'm hoping the pressure/anticipation is going to keep me on track.

Swinging is my exercise. It's like the exercise tables at the spa. I just lay there and they do all the work.

Yaay a fellow faster! Awesome isn't it! Im roasting cauliflower as i type lol!

I want at least a stone and half off for new year x

How do you roast cauliflower? Is it like a vegetarian Sunday joint?

How do you roast cauliflower? Is it like a vegetarian Sunday joint? "

I par boil it leave it to drain for a while, then i use 1tbsp olive oil (not virgin) rub it round the cauli and sprinkle with cumin ,bake for 40 mins!
