I once bought a book about erotic art in the ancient world in a book shop when I was 18. The cashier decided to examine each page before putting it in the bag. I could hear the queue sniggering behind me. |

Sounds like you were quite cultured at 18! |

"I recieved a set of Victorian nude photographs as a gift. They've got pride of place in my bedroom; where else? "
Lovely! We bought some from Bali and can’t wait to put them up! Tasteful nudes in the rice fields. |

"Hi all, out of interest, who either has in the past, or would like to, buy erotic art?
If you did, where would you hang it?"
If it's tasteful I would hang it wherever. Art is art, go deep enough you will find nudity. If people can't see the artistic side of it then it's either wasted on them or maybe the focus is not enough on the art... I'm an artist though so obviously don't like any work to be censored |

I love erotic art and have some in the bedroom, that said I do have comic books on display at the top of my stairs so maybe I need to replace these with more |

I follow some accounts on Instagram of erotic artists.. I would absolutely love to have some displayed in the bedroom and bathroom, however I have young children and not sure how appropriate it would be haha

I'd argue there's a difference between a picture designed to tittilate, and a pure observation of the human form.
I go to a life drawing group, and in the end its just shapes and light.
However, I did a watercolour of a friend draped over my armchair, which was a bit different. |

I create and also purchase erotic art.
Displayed throughout the house.
Nobody that visits is offended, as majority of my friends and family are artists within different mediums so generally are usually more broad minded. |

I’ve made plaster casts of varying body parts before which can look fantastic as a wall hanging decoration. A couple that I moulded was of his hands covering her boobs which was a lot of laughs but turned out really good. |

Went to the oxo building on the South Bank last weekend, supporting an exhibitor, at the erotic art show there. There was a serious amount of great art that we would have liked to have.
There was body cast artist based in Nottingham that had fantastic array of torsos that were simply beautiful, we met the chap who did those and hopefully my hint, Mr Shady, hasn't fallen on deaf ears... |

"I wouldn't buy any. Cause my budget is limited to buy food in order to feed my body that looks good in the dark so you have a ready brek habit... "

We are lucky enough to have a small collection of images by the late China Hamilton. Not for everyone, but very much US. Also a collection of books by the same artist/photographer/author.
Also have some prints and images from other ‘erotic’ artists such as Ben Newman and older studio nude photography work by Alfred Cheney Johnston from 1930s.
All on display throughout the house. The more explicit tucked away from the day-to-day rooms . . .
